[pct-l] James Creek Shelter

I located the James Creek shelter (44.0928945, -121.8311513) and noticed it
is two miles south of one of the best, IMHO, overnight PCT spots in Oregon
- Reese Lake (mile 1973) I suspect most thru hikers blow past it because
Rees Lake is only 14 miles north of Elk Lake.
