Just read in Redding’s Record Searchlight, July 11, 2012: “Castle Crags State Park will stay open through the summer as negotiations continue over whether a business or a nonprofit will assume management next year.” Also, “The state has resumed funding to keep the park open with minimal staffing...while the negotiations take place.”
