I'd suggest you start at Cascade Locks and hike north.  Not too much snow in the lower sections and by the time you get to the hairier sections the snow should be nearly gone.  Right now pretty much everything north of Snoqualmie Pass, or maybe even north of White Pass is going to be very difficult.  If you were planning to drive there might be someone in Cascade Locks who'd be willing to let you leave your car with them.  See if you can locate Shrek, a thru-hiker  from a few years ago who recently moved to Cascade Locks.  When you're done with WA you can head SOBO from Cascade Locks.  

According to the USFS road reports, Hart's Pass has 33" of snow.  The USFS for Gifford Pinchot NF covers the southern part of WA PCT, Goat Rocks and White Pass are in Wenatchee NF (now called Okanagon/Wenatchee NF) and Snoqualmie Pass area is in Mt Baker/Snoqualmie NF.  You can look up the trail and road conditions for each NF region from the USFS website.  Okanagon/Wenatchee NF starts in an area north of Mt Adams, shows up north of Stevens Pass, and the Okanagon part takes you up to Canada.  Remember to look up the different divisions under each region, like Glacier Peak Wilderness, Alpine Lakes WIlderness, Pasayten WIlderness, etc.  There are tiny sections in Mt Rainier NP and North Cascades NP too.
