At Snoqualmie Pass there's still patchy snow starting at about 3,500 feet
and it gets solid not too much higher than that.  A SOBO hike in Washington
would be almost entirely on snow right now, I think.  Certainly possible but
not easy.  In two or three weeks the situation will be better.
