My favorite for an intelligent discussion of weather in the Central Sierra
is the Northstar weather guy.  He's got a blog and at times great up to
date essays on long range Sierra weather.  He is usually better and more
accurate than the usual sources.  If you follow him over the next few
months you'll get a good picture of what's up.
