Compede blister pads (the European ones work better than the J&J ones,
you can buy them online)
A small bottle of tincture benzoine compound to make them stay on for a while.
I leave them on for 3 days at least.

Tinidizole
Ibuprofin

Tweezers and scissors are on my micro swiss army knife
Duct Tape is also used for first aid, but not in the kit.
