[pct-l] A few questions

Flo, I'd just wing it on where I left the trail - you'll know where you
are going to be several days beforehand.
Who knows every now and then someone starts the trail just going for a week
or two and ends up in Manning about 5 months later (usually with a big
smile on their face).

Yogis Guidebook will answer all your questions but there really is no need
to send boxes in this section of the trail - maybe to Warner Springs at

Your Name
c/o General Delivery
Warner Springs, CA 92086
PCT Hiker - Expected Arrival Date XXX

But if you aren't picky about food you should be able to resupply as you go.

Hiking poles are a personal decision some hikers don't use them at all for
the whole trail.

You may find you never have to hitch hike and if you leave at kickoff and
don't want to hitch hike alone it will not be a problem - As a female you
will have tons of guys wanting to hitch with you as rides are much more
prevalent if a woman is in the hitch hiking party.

Enjoy the trail

Day-Late
