[pct-l] Sierra water sources....

I know it's early to make any determinations and weather still needs to
play out, - but am curious from previous hikers who hiked in the 1977, 2007
and other record low precip years in the Sierra - were the water sources
still numerous in the Sierra despite the snow pack?  Were natural springs
still artesian?  Or does low-snowpack compute to carrying more liters of
water between sources?  Your experiences/stories are welcome....
