[pct-l] Garmin Topo maps anyone?

There are free maps available from gpsfiledepot and at least one other
site. With Halfmile's waypoints, they're just about as useful as the
Garmin maps. The only big shortfall on the free maps that I've found is
that street navigation isn't nearly as good, and that can hinder you if
you're trying to get to the trailhead, or if you're getting a hitch. Also,
the free maps are not 3D, although that's not a feature I care about.
