[pct-l] H2O from Scissor Xing to Hwy 74

Any update we give now will be just as out of date as the latest update is
right now.  Wait a while and there will likely be an update.  Besides, the
only water source you need to know about is 3rd Gate because you can bring
your own water to Scissors Crossing, and Barrel Spring is a reliable source.
