[pct-l] Protein shakes as trail food?

Protein shakes make great trail food! I went a step further and
combined some carbs and caffeine with that.
For almost all of Oregon and Washington, I would wake up and combine
the following in a Gatorade bottle:
2 packets brown sugar oatmeal
2 tblsp instant coffee
2 tblsp vanilla protein powder
Fill to the top with water (I used cold water), shake it up real good
and you've got yourself a great morning shake!
It looks disgusting (and the texture/consistency takes a little
getting used to) but it's a great on-the-go meal :)
