[pct-l] Trail Etiquette Top Ten for a Rookie

Unless it's a long steep uphill and they've collapsed on trail.  Simply
step over them carefully.  Of course, they're probably filthy and giardia
infected and you may not want to touch them, so rendering aid is optional.
