[pct-l] map 6

Carl, I believe Map #6 is not yet done.  They have been releasing them one
at a time as they are completed.  Map #6 is the last one.

i had a question about getting map 6 of the PCT maps that the PCTA offers,
they don't have it and i was wondering where i could get it or an equivalent
map for that section.
