[pct-l] A Quick and Dirty Guide to the PCT

Revised my doc for the PCT.

This doc is a w ay to get an overview of this wonderful trail  without being bogged down with lots of info!
As with the other Q&D docs I wrote, more of launching point to more extensive planning.  


Also good to give friends and relatives an overview of the trail.

BONUS: Added some info that seems to come up among our little tribe that tends to have an, ah, interesting past, at times.
"Namely, what do I do if Canada denies my permit?"
