The "PCT FAQs", <http://postholer.com/faq.php>, has been updated (partially) to reflect the constantly 
changing URLs for many links - some government agencies seem to 'love' doing that every year!...   ;-/

Some changes in "History" and many changes under "Planning"/"Documentation"; also added new 
category - "Snow Reports & Charts", links to often referred to 'quick glance' sites...
All links in the mentioned areas were checked & changed if needed as of Saturday, 2/4/12...
