Here's one (kinda sucky) way :

Acton to LA Union Station via Metrolink
LA Union Station to Victorville via Amtrak
-departs Union Station daily at 6:15PM arriving Victorville 9:10PM

Victorville to Wrightwood via Victorville Valley Transit Authority 
-Route 21 departs Victorville 6:00AM arriving Wrightwood 7:12AM
-operates Mon-Sat
-also offers deviated service to Wrightwood by reservation only
