[pct-l] Light weight ponchos

Trying to identify the most appropriate poncho for my gear. Ideally, I need a poncho that lives up to all the criteria below:

Cost - the less expensive the better. 
Versatility - can act as a ground tarp, rain gear, or shelter (shelter less important).
Durability - something that can last for more than a year.
Lightweight - probably the most important.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
