I have read this article. I think this article has a limited value, as a
result, it is not included in the PubMed.

First of all, I cannot realize why the authors used such a poor research
design: They did not use control group, so the effect of nature exposure
was unclear. The RAT score difference may be resulted by age effect.
If they adopted more refined research design, their value of research
became more influential.

They should use two groups: hiking group and control group; and RAT should
be administered to the both group twice, pre-hiking and post-hiking.

Creativity is a new field of research in nature exposure,  I have no
detailed knowledge of this field,  but in general, thre psychological index
of creativity often lacks empirical validity. I don't know the validity of
RAT.  The research title is too exaggerated.
