[pct-l] Prevent fog!

I don't use anything. It's not a problem except at night. I've had them
fog up in a freezing rain when the wind was blowing too hard to use my
umbrella, but at that point the rain on my glasses was a far bigger problem
than the fogging.

I wouldn't hesitate to wipe off fog with my bandana. It scratches it more
quickly, but with inexpensive eyeglasses from a place like Zenni Optical, I
can consider eyeglasses a wear item that gets replaced occasionally.
