[pct-l] Road access to PCT in WA section H?

Hi, Can someone who is familiar with the roads in WA Section H, between Cascade Locks and Trout Lake,
give me any info on road conditions -- in particular, is the PCT accessible at any of these points
to an unadventurous driver in a toyota corolla? 

(Miles are per halfmile's maps):
Mi 2195.9 - FR 68, unpaved.
Mi 2206.5 - FR 60, unpaved.
Mi 2223   - Twin Buttes Rd, unpaved.
Mi 2227.2 - FR 8851, paved
Mi 2232   - FR 88, paved.
Mi 2234.4 - FR 8810, unpaved.
