[pct-l] PCT Trail Closure - Waterfalls 2 Fire - PCT is now open according to inciweb

The closure had been from a point north of Mt. Jefferson in Oregon north pass Olallie Lake and Olallie meadows and 
was listed on pcta.org as well.

The trail and campground opening is reported in inciweb as of Friday morning, but has not yet made it to the Mt. Hood or Willamette national Forest website.

The Pacific Crest Trail is now open for through hiking, and Olallie and Monon Lakes have been re-opened. Breitenbush and Horseshoe Lakes remain closed.

The Mt. Hood NF portion of the Mt. Jefferson Wilderness is closed due to the Waterfalls 2 fire. 

Closure was revised August 23, 2012 to allow Pacific Crest Trail hikers to travel through the area.
