[pct-l] Water Caches

Maybe I'm a bit old school, but I always look at water caches as "gravy" and not something to depend upon.
A liter or two is a nice bonus if I came upon it, but when I did the PCT back in the dark ages ;), many of us planned to do the water
haul without coming upon a cache. You carry for ~25 miles worth of hiking and plan accordingly.
When coming upon a cache, I was happy. But if the cache was empty for whatever reason (people do have lives outside of thru-hiker's water
desires), it was not a problem.
That's just my own .05 worth.
