[pct-l] Early start on PCT on 2013 and then back to Morena for AZDPCTKO

I started a week before the kick-off this year.  There were already a
lot of people on the trail, by my standards.  Seven in a conga line as
I climbed San Felipe Hills - and then 10 already hanging out at Barrel
Spring when I got there.

But I didn't go back to the kickoff.  Most of my company disappeared
after Warner Springs, because of that.  So skip the 'go-back'
strategy, and gain a good bit more solitude.
