[pct-l] Washington section J

Hi Jason,
Can't speak for J, but my wife and I just got back from a day hike on Section K (Lake Valhalla). If it's any indicator the trail will be in great shape, things were snow free, with only the smallest of patches near crest before dropping down to the lake.
