[pct-l] Found - Toiletries Bag North of Mt. Laguna

I was hiking southbound toward ADZPCTKO early last week and found a black
toiletries bag (including contact containers and solution, [heavy] electric
razor, a nice metal hygiene tool for teeth, de-odorent, etc.) left by an
obvious campsite in a boulder field about ten miles north of Mt. Laguna.
 It was heavy enough that my first thought was that a thru-hiker would be
electing to jettison this because of the weight, but there is just too much
of value for it to be intentional.
