[pct-l] Injectable meds on trail

Greetings!  We are hosting a foreign thru-hiker who planned to keep a
5-month supply of injectable prescription medication in her bounce box. She
needs to use the medication on a regular basis, so she was going to re-stock
from her bounce box.  It turns out the US Postal Service will not accept
packages with prescription medication.

What do diabetic thru-hikers do about this problem?  Does anyone have
experience with this?  If you have a solution to offer, please email

reach us in time.
