[pct-l] Judge suspends horse packing in national parks (Sequoia-Kings)

No- that is not in his power. The President cannot issue an an executive order to permit illegal activities to occur in Wilderness, if that land is protected under the Wilderness Act. No President can.

Using "executive order", the President can easily over-rule that judge in S.F. That is well within his power.

A federal judge issues an order, and somehow this is Obama's fault? WTF?
