[pct-l] mileage calculation

Using the following google map:

Left click on the blue line at your starting point, then left click on 
your ending point. A box will appear with distance between the 2 points 
and the time it will take to hike at different hiking speeds.

This has a resolution of about 1/3 of mile, which makes it superior to 
getting mileages between points from the data book.
