[pct-l] New Water tank at mile 136

At mile 137 there is a sign for Tule Spring, there is a graded dirt road
down to Tule spring.  They just installed a cement water tank with a fire
hydrant about 10 yards to the east of the tank.  Unscrew the cap and turn
the wrench to open the valve.  The water was extremely rusty for the first 3
minutes and then it was FANTASTIC -- we filtered & it tasted great!!!  As
far as I can tell this was installed in the last couple of months.
