[pct-l] PCT-L - Most Common Causes of Thru-Dropout

I start my second section from Scissor Crossing to Banner next month. My plan is to knock off 100-200 per year for the next 15 years. I'd say it allows me to pick the best time of year for each section. However I got dowsed hard for two nights on Mt Laguna last year. Thunderstorms over Anza Borrego were amazing. If successful, I will have had many years of PCT obsession.
