[pct-l] Last of the Punch

We have another thru hiker coming in tomorrow. He says he is planning to
finish on the 17th. Our weather has turned bad and getting worse with
storms and colder temps. It's supposed to snow at 2,600 feet this week. He
really won't have anyone behind him if anything happens. Plus being by
himself.....not a good choice.
