[pct-l] Stabler's Country Store Closed

Yep, that is true!  I called the store in the spring of 2011 to confirm
information.  The owner said that he had closed the store, but that the
family still lived on the property.  He agreed to accept hiker packages for
2011 only, because he really likes hikers and also because many hikers had
probably planned on sending packages there.  However, per a phone call in
late summer 2011, they will no longer be accepting hiker packages.

You heard it first in "Yogi's PCT Handbook" !!!
