[pct-l] Popping dues to $100

Thanks Ron when you posted, "I realize not all can do it but when I pay my
$35 dues I just pop it up to an even $100."
Now that was an idea I can get my arms around in an effort to help vs.
reading about all the non-hiking related whining about how much someone
makes, interesting but not really related stories to hiking the PCT and
helping others, etc.  Good, but unrelated stories are for the campfire or
offline vs. here.
