My whole plan depends on  YOU  becoming the next "TREASURER"  and stuffing the PCTA Treasury with loot and money to finance all the "Free-bees"  that will make PCTA membership so irresistible and turn us into a political force to be reconned with and give us the cloud to convince Congress to increase funding for the PCT.
