[pct-l] PCTA rating....HOW TO MAKE IT BETTER

Chief Cowboy,
No problem, leave it to Switchback and Reinhold to iron out the details.
We may want to bring Greg (Big Hummel) on board because he is the Chief 
Cowboy, I mean Chief Huncho, at the KO.
But I'm sure he won't mind, since it is for the good of the PCT and the 
PCTA.
