Hello List Manager/Moderator/Group

I access several personal-interest websites (like the PCT-L group) and
enjoy them very much. Reading the PCT-L list, though, is often a painful
task because it is so HARD to 'get-to' the meat.

Many list managers seem to be good enforcers of requiring posters to
heavily edit their posts when including material from others. The PCT-L
content is often multiply-buried by the entire content of a previous list.

Also, many of the lists I frequent provide the ability to _JUMP-TO_ a
specific post in the contents-list presented at the beginning of each
list-mailing. If this feature of other lists was added to the PCT-L daily
mailing, it would make it easier for folks to access the one-or-two items
in each 'mailing' of interest to them.

This feature would allow the present 'careless poster' to continue life
as usual and provide relief for those who wish to glean the 'good stuff'
quickly and painlessly. What bothers me are not the topics brought to
the list but having to almost painfully dig thru the useless repetitive
_stuff_ that detracts from useful content.

Any chance the _jump-to_ feature can be added to this group? Sure
hope so !!
