[pct-l] Parking at Reds Meadow after trail project

Thanks all for the help.  I didn't know about the shuttle at all.  I believe
I get some kind of season pass to drive into the area, so parking at the
trailhead may be a good option if the rangers are okay with it, but my
concerns about leaving food in the car may push me towards taking the
shuttle.
