[pct-l] FYI: Denatured alcohol availability in So Cal

I went to Home Depot about a week ago and noticed that the gallon and quart
jugs of denatured alcohol was on the shelves, but that the note of the front
is a little different.  Now it says something about cleaning windows and
marine stoves.  My older can says something about it being used as a
thinner.  Maybe leaving the "thinner" part off was enough to get it back on
the shelves.
