Mountain Education is postponing its second annual Snow Advanced (skills training) Course #1, hiking from Kennedy Meadows to Kearsarge Pass, due to access road closures and team illness. It will, now, leave May 27th from KM instead of May 20th. 

If anyone who is doing a High Sierra trail (this year or in the future) and wants to 
- polish their snow skills on the steep and slippery, 
- cover the initial, ramp-up section of the route past Cottonwood Pass and over Forester Pass, 
- realize just what skills are needed to thru hike the PCT under snow,
- see what the high country looks like in "early season,"
