[pct-l] Third gate cache moved off trail!! Tell hikers!!

Hi All

Charlie Jones has moved his cache off the trail.
Some hikers are not finding it.
Please spread the word it is down the side trail where an old sign says Water.  Let them know it is many yards away as opposed to 3 miles to the ranch below.  It may save a life.
