[pct-l] Paradise cafe

When I snow camp, or backcountry ski, with an avalanche beacon, I
carry a snow shovel for rescue and to make shelter
otherwise I don't see a reason.

When I am long distance hike, I plan my days so that I sleep on dirt in my tarp.

I'm not challenging you, just wondering what you are planning on using
the shovel for.
