[pct-l] Suggest a hike for nephew

My nephew wants to join me somewhere between May 18th and Jun 14th for about
a week for about 70 - 100 miles.  May 18th my plan calls for me to be at
I-15 and Jun 14th in Kennedy Meadows.  I was gonna have him meet me at I-15
but now I know that there is a 47 mile road walk shortly after Mt Baden
Powell.  I want to avoid the deserts as much as possible I would think,
What area would you recommend?
