[pct-l] food weight

That was me :)  50% fat is necessary when you need 5000+ calories per day!
However, I believe each person's body functions better on different kinds of
diets, so they should listen to their body and choose what they need to
take. My proteins and carbs (mostly potatoes) are dehydrated, so that saves
some weight. My food weight per day is around 2 pounds.
