[pct-l] food weight

I'm planning for 1.5 pounds of food per day. I managed to dehydrate all of
the protein stuff so that helps with water weight. Of course, I am only 5'3"
and not young ;-) so that does make a difference. You youthful types who are
tall and bouncy will need more food than I.
