[pct-l] Cheese experiments

The cheese is holding up really well.

The Laughing Cow cream cheese has been sitting in a west window to get the
full sun in the afternoon. Still very edible.

Baby Bell cheeses have been sitting on the kitchen counter. No problems at
all.

The goat cheese has actually mellowed; it doesn't have as much bite as it
did before.

Interestingly, about a week after buying this cheese, I bought some cheese
that came from a wheel. The wax coating was still on the outside edges.
That's the only part that has grown mold. When I cut it off, the mold
didn't come back.

My experience on the trail has been that processed cheese - cheddar, cheese
sticks, etc., become very oily, and double bagging is a must.
