[pct-l] ALPACA MERINO WOOL SOCKS?

My wife uses alpaca in crocheting ... Wonderfully soft and warm;  no idea how durable it would be.

... Personally I'd rather a better feeling sock that gets replaced every 300 miles than to go the "no holes guaranteed" nylon socks that, in my experience does not cushion as well
