[pct-l] Charging smartphones along the trail

I just plan on keeping it turned off until I need it, then charging in
towns. It generally lasts 3-4 days when I don't use it much, even when its
on. But now that I see everyone else is bringing extra juice I wonder, is
that not a good idea?
