[pct-l] Bounce Box

Drill holes through the lid and bucket. Put zip ties into the bucket. Use
two each time you mail it to secure the lid.

I'd be concerned about cost too. I'm thinking I will use the priority mail
boxes. If they get worn out, get a new one from the PO.
