I never did find the perfect women's rain pants.  The pants with an 
inseam fell apart with all the abrasion from walking all day, every 
day.  I tried a pair of Sierra Designs rain pants.  The women's version 
was too short in the legs so I went with the men's size.  They were too 
long and I kicked a hole in the bottom the first day I wore them.  Then 
the inseams disintegrated.  Froggtoggs have no inseam but to get the 
hips to fit, so you can lift your leg to step up, the pants are too 
large.  I'm still searching.  See you out there.
