Chuck - That is a very nicely done and helpful.

I am on board with the T-shirt, Fleece, Wind Shirt Combo (in my case the
wind shirt is my Dry-Ducks rain jacket also). I have experience hiking in
this set up which is 16oz. I rarely need the fleece around here.

I am not sure what my daily milage may be and it is possible I will have
more of the "at camp time" than others. Therefore, the Compressor jacket is
really for that time. Also as a backup to combo with my sleeping bag as the
comfort level of that down bag is 30 degrees. (20 degree bag). If I find
that I am not having the "in camp time" and am able to walk all day then I
might loose this jacket. I never would really intend to hike in this jacket
unless it was just crazy cold. To date I have never hiked in it.

I also have a Smart Wool zip neck top and Bottom which are just for sleeping
and backup. The Smart Wool top is very similar to my fleece so I am thinking
that I can eliminate one of these tops and hike and sleep in the same top. I
don't know if the Smart Wool top is as good against the bugs as the light
fleece.

Thank You Dave
